No. GHL is the CRM + automation layer we use at Vasquez Law Firm and the one we recommend, but our voice + intake products work without it. If you’re on HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM, ask us about integration.
No — we use GHL for our own and our customers’ deployments. We aren’t reselling sub-accounts as a primary business model. The configuration we ship is designed for law firms specifically.
Usually — if you’re on a vanilla GHL agency template, we can lift the contacts, pipelines, and triggers and rebuild on the legal-specific configuration. We do this during onboarding.
