The challenge
By 2024, Vasquez Law Firm was running 4 offices across two states with a caseload spanning immigration, personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and workers’ compensation. A material share of inbound callers preferred Spanish. The firm was losing leads to:
- After-hours and weekend calls going to voicemail
- English-only receptionist services that frustrated Spanish-speaking callers
