No. The agent only escalates calls that meet your defined criteria — typically: in-custody, charge severity above a threshold, or court date within 48 hours. Everything else goes into a morning callback queue.
The agent captures detainer status, originating agency, and current facility, and routes to the appropriate attorney (immigration + criminal cross-over matters are common in our reference firm).
The agent runs the entire call in Spanish. Bilingual defense intake is one of the largest gaps in legacy answering services — we close it.
