Per-minute pricing is honest. Per-call pricing builds in incentive to cut callers off; per-minute means we’re aligned with you on call quality regardless of length. Most law firm calls are 3-7 minutes, which works out to roughly $0.21–$0.49 per call at our rate.
Yes. The setup fee covers intake-flow design, Clio + GoHighLevel + telephony integration, bilingual prompt tuning, and dry-run testing in your environment before going live. After that, you only pay the per-minute usage rate (and the monthly platform fee if you’re on Intake Automation or higher).
Month-to-month after a 90-day commit on the Production tier. The 90-day commit covers our setup and tuning costs. Multi-office customers typically sign annual.
